Why the name
The house always wins. This one is named for the exception. The domain previously belonged to a bar of the same name in Fort Lauderdale, and the palette here is borrowed from it deliberately.
What we publish

How we test
We read documents. Operator terms, licence registers, compact text and court filings. Our reviewer, Emilio Castellano, is a reporter rather than a tester, and the site does not publish play-test timings it has not measured. Where a number cannot be attributed, we describe the process instead.
